Shipping and Delivery

At this time, Demos Watch Company ships merchandise only to locations within the 50 United States and Canada. 
If you are located in another country and are interested in a watch, please contact us via email or phone and we'll try to find a solution.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. 

We ship 1-3 working days from receipt of order and use the UPS, FedEx, and the US Postal Service (USPS).  The method of delivery will dictate the time needed for the shipment to arrive, but generally products are received between one and three days after shipment (our boxes are relatively small, which helps).

Sales Tax

'demos watch co.' charges sales tax for products being shipped to California.

If we are shipping to another location (state), there will be NO Sales Tax.

Warranties

Warranty Information:

Demos Watch offers a limited warranty on defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year after original purchase from an authorized Demos Watch dealer.  This means that if the components in your watch are defective or if the watch isn’t assembled correctly, we’ll replace it.  You will need to show proof of purchase by providing your original receipt.

We don’t cover normal wear and tear, batteries, abuse, accidental damage, loss, theft, or straps that are incorrectly cut to size.  You will void your warranty if you open your caseback, push the buttons underwater, or forget to screw down or push in the crown and expose your watch to moisture.

NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS, SHALL APPLY TO THIS PRODUCT FOR ANY PERIOD BEYOND THE ONE (1) YEAR TERM OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY.  DEMOS WATCH IS NOT LIABLE, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, FOR ANY INCIDENTAL DAMAGES SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT.  ANY RECOVERY MAY NOT BE GREATER THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THIS PRODUCT.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from country to country and state to state.

Return Policy

Problems? 

If you’re in the United States or Canada, please call us at +1 (760) 230-1503 during normal business hours, Pacific Time (8a-5p), or email us at warranty@demoswatch.com, and we’ll help resolve the issue(s).  We require a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA).  Watches sent without an RMA number will not be serviced, so help us and help yourself by calling first. 

We accept returns of products that have been unopened and unaltered.  Other returns will be accepted on a case by case basis after contacting the company.  If the product does not function properly, a credit or refund will be issued.

If you’re somewhere else in the world, please contact the store from which you bought your watch and they will provide assistance.  We're here to help if you need additional assistance, so call or email, if needed.

You can cancel your order at any time up to 24 hours before shipment.  If the product has already exceeded this timeframe, you will need to return the product using our return process (need an Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number).
